Guidance for authors (PDF)

Completed abstracts must be set out as a Word document in the format detailed below. Additional guidance notes are available here.

Abstracts must be submitted as an email attachment on the template provided here. Right click to save this template to your computer and use it to complete your abstract. The document should then be submitted as an email attachment to: abstracts@adee.org.

While authors may collaborate on a number of abstracts, no more than three abstracts may be submitted for consideration by an author who is listed as first author/presenter. There is no guarantee of acceptance of any submission.

Accepted posters will be exhibited in the Poster area during the meeting. A short oral presentation of posters will be scheduled. The presenting author must arrange to be available at the scheduled times. Six posters will be selected for formal Oral Presentation during the final day of the meeting programme. Authors should note that the focus of the meeting is dental education in Europe and any abstract therefore should be written from an education standpoint.

Selection criteria are: relevance to the subject of the meeting, interest of content and research quality. The authors of the six posters selected for oral presentation will be notified by end of July 2013.
