11:00 to 11:50 meet the presenters (the poster wall in the exhibition hall), 12:00 to 13:00 formal presentations (see onsite for room allocations)
110 posters will be presented at ADEE 2018 in Oslo. These have been categorised into 9 topic streams. Due to the quantity in some of these streams they will run over two days.
As e-posters are released for publication on the ADEE poster wall you will be able to view and interact with them from here. Why not visit now and start shortlisting your own favourites so you can make plans to visit them while in Oslo?
To find out the day on which your poster is to be presented you can review the attached PDF document. Please note that 4 sessions will run concurrently and it is up to the presenter to make arrangements to be present or nominate a delegate to present. Individual requests for change of days cannot be accommodated so we advise that if you need to do so, that this is done locally with the chair in Oslo. Request can only be accommodated if time and the chair permits.
At ADEE 2018 we will be introducing the Learning Toolbox Platform to enable the use of e-posters at the meeting. Using Learning Toolbox you will be able to create rich, multimedia and interactive ePosters that will have both a physical and online presence at the conference. You will also be able to continue to update, use and share your ePoster after the ADEE 2018 has ended.
It is important to note that you are not required to bring a physical paper poster to the meeting and that there will be no space for the presentation of standard paper poster format.
How e-posters will work at ADEE:
There are two stages to the presentation of e-posters at ADEE this year.
Informal meet the presenters: This allows you to engage with other presenters and delegates to share your work in a relaxed environment. One each day of the poster presentation sessions your mini poster will be displayed on the e-poster wall. This will allow delegates to use the mobile devises to scan the QR code to be taken to your online e-poster. Runs Thursday and Friday from 11:00 to 11:50 in the exhibition hall. The e-posters will also display online on the ADEE events showcase of the Learning Toolbox platform.
Formal presentation: Each presenter will have a 5 minute presentation slot to highlight their work. Note this is the total including questions and answers. Runs Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 13:00 in various room allocations.

A key function of the presentation of the e-poster presentation is the mini poster wall. To ensure all is set for our time together in Oslo, it is essential you have your mini poster complete on the system by 13th August as we will be printing these on the 14th. To help you in this task there is a dedicated section on the support website that we recommend you review entitled:

On this support page you will also find answers to frequently asked questions. If you cannot find an answer to your question here then you can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
