Consultation on draft learning outcomes for Ethics, Law and Professionalism in the European Dental Undergraduate Curriculum
The Ethics and Law in Dentistry Special Interest Group was formed in Riga in 2014 with the goal of devising and sharing a consensus document on learning outcome sin the areas of Ethics, Law and Professionalism in Dental Education.
On Thursday 4 June, the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) organised a roundtable debate in Brussels on the “recognition of professional qualifications and the portability of skills, what role for Higher Education Institutions?”
The meeting which was attended by representatives of ADEE, the Council of European Dentists (CED), Federation of Dental Competent Authorities and Regulators in Europe (FEDCAR), European University Association (EUA), European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), European Federation of Nurses Associations (EFN), American Dental Education Association (ADEA), representatives of the European Parliament and European Commission.
