Wednesday 23rd: Vilnius university invites you to a Get-together Party.
The event will take place in the cafeteria outside the main ADEE registration which is located in Grand Courtyard. Locally called the pantheon of the University, its gallery commemorates the Universities founders, patrons and eminent men of science. The surviving frescoes of the northern wing of the building display the Vilnius University coat of arms and portraits of the Universities patrons, while the highlight of the structure is the magnificent baroque portal of the parochial St. John’s Church and its bell tower which is the highest (68 m.) building in Vilnius’ Old Town, dominating its panorama.
There you spend some time enjoying the light evening sunshine and renewing old acquaintances. Snacks and drinks will be provided and you will be entertained by the sounds of Lithuanian national music.
As the sun sets for the evening, you are free to explore the nightlife of old Vilnius.

Thursday 24th: Official reception – Vilnius Town Hall
Nowadays Vilnius Town Hall is a compact building including 2 floors of really harmonic proportions. Since 1995 various projects: concerts, exhibitions, meetings, evenings of creation and exceptional balls of nobility have being arranged in this splendid building. Up to 250 people can be accommodated for a standing reception.
This is a great Location in the heart of Vilnius old town. Enjoy the evening meeting your colleagues, while you enjoy some snacks and drinks. Everybody is welcome!
From here why not take a stroll at your own pace or with some friends down the main street of old city or the historic city core where you can choose from multiple options for dining that meet all budgets and taste. Be prepared for a late night!

Friday 25th: Celebration Dinner - Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania
For our last evening together we relocate to the reconstructed Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, the former political, diplomatic, cultural centre of the State, which was one of the most famous in Europe in the 15th-17th centuries and was demolished in the beginning of the 19th century. This Palace is an excellent location just in the heart of Vilnius, within the confines of the Lower Castle. Just a 5-minute walk from the main venue of our conference.
Upon arrival we will be greeted with a drinks reception and have some time to explore the splendour of this spectacular building and its art, furniture and interiors.
At 19:00 we will enjoy a lavish dinner in the historic and haunting surroundings.
